That’s the sound we heard throughout the club as the clock struck midnight and the confetti cannons popped, hurling all of us into the roaring (20)20’s! La Junta can’t thank you enough for choosing to spend that kind of momentous occasion with us. Hopefully we delivered the NYE experience you were hoping to have. Much love and respect to our Boombox familia–Inka One, Ben Diggin’ & Analog–for their bumpin’ takeover of the Coco Lounge bar. We knew they’d have that room rockin’ as hard as the main room with their brand of hip-hop, beats & breaks…the perfect complement to La Junta’s afro-latin vibes. Gratitude to El Dorado bar for hustling to serve everyone their libations and providing the beautiful spot for the revelry to happen. Happy New Year, everyone…and we’ll see you again on Friday January 10th for the next PIÑA!
